Scott A. Gingras graduated from the University of Montana with a Bachelors in Business Administration and Minor in Economics. He then attended Gonzaga University School of Law and received his Juris Doctor. Mr. Gingras is admitted to practice before the Idaho State Courts, the Montana State Courts and the United States District Court, Districts of Idaho and Montana. Mr. Gingras’s practice primarily focuses on personal injury and employment law; however he has experience handling a variety of business and other civil litigation matters. Mr. Gingras also has a knowledge and experience in all forms of labor disputes. He can assist employees and employers in Idaho and Montana with wage claims, discrimination claims, wrongful termination claims, bringing or defending Human Rights complaints and creating or modifying employment manuals or employment contracts. Mr. Gingras and his wife reside in Liberty Lake Washington with their three children.
