Douglas A. Pierce

Douglas A. Pierce graduated from Assumption College in Worcester, Massachusetts, in 1988.  He received a Masters in Education from the University of Missouri in 1996.  Doug gained valuable life experience as a Shop Steward for United Parcel Service, a high school social studies teacher, and as a College and Graduate adjunct professor at Washington State University.   Doug earned his Law Degree from Western New England College School of Law in 2002, who selected him to be a National Moot Court Competitor.  Doug’s practice emphasizes family law, criminal law, general business law and employment law.  Doug is currently admitted to practice in the State of Washington, the Federal Court in the Eastern District of Washington and the State of Idaho.  In addition to his private practice, Doug serves as the Whitman County District Court Commissioner and an ASTAR Resource Judge.
